Ideal for improvement of your body condition, agility and gradual building of strength primarily with your own body weight in training, where one part of the time while exercising goes to the maximum and alternates with time for rest and coordinated breathing.

frequently asked questions
Circuit training is great for anyone looking to increase strength and cardiovascular fitness at the same time. If you don’t have a lot of time to work out, or if you’re bored with your usual routine and want to vary your workout and challenge yourself in a new way, circuit training is a smart option.
People have different fitness goals, so it makes sense that people should have different fitness programs, too! From beginners to bodybuilders, and every fitness level in between, circuit workouts are a great way to get your heart pounding, blood pumping, and muscles working.
Circuit Training is considered a highly efficient and versatile workout strategy. It is an ideal workout when trying to cut body fat while still maintaining muscular strength. Circuit training blends both resistance training and aerobic exercise in a “circuit”, or series, of exercises.
