To participate in these lessons, it is necessary to complete the beginners course. Thanks to this course, it will be clear to you how training takes place in our gym, from the point of your arrival all the way until you say goodbye to the coach. After the course, you will be oriented in our gym, you will know all of the basic exercises, and it will be easier for both you and the coaches to function in training.
