Good Vibes CrossFit


For the beginners  we offer Crossfit Začiatočníci (Beginners) classes: Monday 18:00, Thursday 18:00 and Saturday 09:00.

Just easily registrate through our timetable. We will teach you the basic Crossfit movements step by step.

Another suitable choice for beginners is interval training called Intervals, where you have the opportunity to get acquaited with a
variety of movements and intensity which is an undetachable part of our lessons.
